Lead High‑Impact Energy Transformation for Global Clients As an Engagement Manager within ERM’s Energy Markets Advisory (EMA) team, you will guide multinational organizations through some of the most strategic and complex decisions in today’s energy transition. You’ll lead teams, shape renewable energy strategies, drive major commercial negotiations, and influence how global corporations accelerate decarbonization—all from EMA’s rapidly growing European hub in Madrid.
