THE JOB: The Jr Casino Host is responsible for generating and maintaining guest relationships for the purpose of generating incremental revenue. Responsible for protecting company assets by accurate comp procedures and carded play evaluation. Responsible for hosting events and promotions. Responsible for maintaining and growing guest satisfaction scores by effectively solving guest complaint issues and maximizing guest enjoyment throughout the visitation process. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.
