The Operating Supervisor oversees functional activities within Stores Operations, including Regional Stores and Astoria Stores as needed. This role is accountable for managing assigned material and supply processes while ensuring full compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) standards. The Operating Supervisor is expected to deliver exceptional service in supporting the Companys material requirements and operational needs. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan. Core Responsibilities: - Oversee safe operation and maintenance of all store equipment (e.g., forklifts, storage racks, wrapping machines) and enforce security and housekeeping standards. - Plan, organize and assign personnel to ensure efficient, productive and safe store operations while meeting departmental goals and KPIs. - Supervise receiving, inspection, issuance, storage, and inventory control of materials, ensuring accuracy in systems and minimizing adjustments. - Provide oversight of team members, including supervising direct reports, managing performance, coaching staff, and assigning work to ensure effective operations. - Maintain efficient tool ro...
