Job DetailsJob Location: CFI Main Campus - Milwaukee, WI 53233Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Master's DegreeTravel Percentage: Minimal; Less than 10%Job Shift: 1st ShiftJob Category: Health CareJob Purpose: This position provides mental health therapy, clinical interventions, and behavioral management support to a caseload of adults experiencing chronic and persistent mental illness and their families. The basic objectives of the psychotherapist are to reduce psychiatric symptoms, reduce the frequency and duration of in-patient hospitalizations, promote recovery, and enhance community-living tenure and functioning. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate documentation to include diagnosis, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries as well as participating in required meetings such as clinical supervision, case consultation, and department and agency meetings.
